Hello Lino fans, here is an awesome recipe for pancakes. Pancakes are one of my favourite breakfast foods and I will love to share the recipe with you. It is easy to prepare and can double as a midday snack for children and even you, if you work out of the house all day. Follow the recipe below and you will enjoy the outcome:

 Pancake recipe for 4-5 people.

Require ingredients

-1½ cups (175g) of plain flour

-½ teaspoon of salt

-3 tablespoon of sugar (make sure it is to your taste)

-2 tablespoon of butter

-½ teaspoon minced nutmeg

-½ cup of lukewarm water

A pinch of baking soda

2 large eggs

2 tablespoon of milk

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or a knob of butter

Procedure

Heatwaterfor about 3-4 minutes

Pour the lukewarm water into a bowl and add butter, sugar, grated nutmeg, baking soda, milk, and salt.

Whisk eggs in a small bowl and add to the mixture. Stir until the batter becomes smooth. You can blend the batter if you wish.

Heat the frying pan for two minutes and drop a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan to avoid sticky pancakes. Flipping pancakes is really fun and easy to learn and a sleek pan will help you attain this master chef.

Use a deep cooking spoon or a cup to pour the batter evenly to ensure a smooth and perfect creation at the end.

Cook the pancake for 40- 50 seconds before flipping the sides. After flipping the sides, make sure the other side cooks about 30 seconds and when it is golden- brown, it is set for eating.

Pancakes can be served with tea, coffee with a drizzle of honey, jam or maple syrup according to your taste buds. But I prefer tea and honey and it is really yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
