Breakfast is one of the most essential meals but people often leave it out not knowing it is far more important than lunch and super though the three meals contribute to a healthier and energetic lifestyle. Eating meals that comprises of whole grains, lean protein, low fat dairy, fruits and vegetables are advisable because of its contributions to body growth. The list of foods below are great healthy breakfast choices.

Eggs are a good source of protein for breakfast because they are rich in choline which helps keep the brain and liver healthy. The yolk covers a high amount of lutein and zeaxanthin that protects sight default.  An awareness of the fact that vitamins and nutrients enable tissue growth and the smoothed functioning of the immune system, should give us the desire to eat eggs during breakfast. Eggs can be eaten in diverse ways, be it hard boiled, scrambled eggs or eggs mixed with bacon. Eating eggs alongside a toast, a cup of coffee or tea and a glass of juice gives you enough energy to run your day smoothly.

Fruits are substance that should be taken into the body daily. They are rich in fiber, vitamins and potassium which are all relevant for a healthy growth because they fight against diseases, build cells and muscle. Why not just go in for fresh fruits salad, a coke tail or even just having a bite of fruits will be of a great help to you. Fruits such as bananas, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, pears, apples and black berries are very enjoyable just try one daily I beg you, you will be fun of it.

 This is the one I enjoy most. It is stress free and it contains calcium and protein. It is an example of a less fat dairy that increases hormones and act as a source of probiotics especially the Greek type. Eating yogurt alongside nut or fruits is equally enjoyable.

 Oatmeal are best known in enabling the brain to produce serotonin that fights stress, enhance learning and retentive memories. For it contains fiber that reduces cholesterol and an antioxidants that helps to lessen blood pressure. It is good to prepare with milk and more enjoyable when you serve it with a slice of egg.

Cerealespeciallythe wholegrain, contains fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants which are very essential elements needed for proper growth. It is good to always go in for the fruits types and the ones that have less salt and sugar. It is preferable to take it with milk for the combination of those two makes it yummy.
