Peanut is a snack which is advised to be eaten often because it contains a lot of health benefits. It comprises of vitamins, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, choline, vitamin B6 and vitamin E. It is also rich in minerals like magnesium, potassium and iron just to name a few. Most people love eating it but don’t know how it is made. Below is a simple recipe for peanuts.

 Requirements

Groundnuts (depending on the quantity you want)

Flour

Powder Sugar

Butter

Nutmeg

Eggs

Oil

Bowl

Pot

Frying spoon

Eating spoon

Procedure:

Pick out stones and other dirt from the groundnuts

Grater the nutmeg in a small plate

Put the butter and the powder sugar in a clean bowl and mix it until it is creamed.

Beat the eggs in another bowl and add it to the cream then add the nutmeg.

Put your groundnuts in a bowl, pour a little cream on it, put floor and shake it. Do the process continuously until you get to the sizes  you want.

Put oil in the pot and allow it to get warm before putting the peanuts inside. In about ten minutes the peanuts will be ready.

It is  advisable  that at  the beginning, you should use seven cups of groundnuts, half nutmeg, five eggs, medium sachet butter and you follow the same procedure.
